Tenny Creek Assisted Living is a licensed community designed to provide individualized services to older adults in a residential community setting. Available services include three meals per day, assistance with housekeeping, laundry, transportation coordination, health care monitoring, and personal care. A full social/recreation program is offered, including a variety of group and individual activities designed around the interests of our residents.
Tenny Creek Assisted Living is staffed 24 hours a day to meet the needs of our residents. We provide needed services while supporting the choice, dignity, independence, privacy and individuality of each resident.

Preference will be given to those:
- who are homeless
- who have functional and physical impairments such that they can benefit from the unique design and operational characteristics of Tenny Creek
- who are referred by the Department of Social and Health Services for assisted living residency
- who reside in Clark County at the time of application
